All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received and verified, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.


Shipping Times

  • International: 7–21 business days

These timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control are not the responsibility of ZLFR.COLLECTION.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details. Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.


International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided via email.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout.

ZLFR.COLLECTION is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Reshipping fees may apply.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, ZLFR.COLLECTION is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly.


Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us through our Contact page within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photo evidence.
